Shangri-La is located on the Polo Ridge at Holders with wonderful views across the ocean. Built on one level, Shangri-La offers spacious accommodations of exceptional comfort for up to eight people and is particularly well suited to outdoor living, entertaining, and special events.
Guests approach Shangri-La via a majestic 75ft. drive lined with stately Mahogany trees, and giant ferns. The grounds are sumptuously appointed with tropical plants and fruit trees that surround the house, a traditional Spanish Hacienda.
The furnishings include upholstered sofas and chairs, and a dining/ game table. The focal point of the courtyard is a three-tiered coral stone fountain with carved dolphins. From there you pass through gates leading to a patio surrounding the large swimming pool. Comfortable sofas, chairs, lounges, and sun umbrellas are found throughout the pool area for your comfort.
The well-maintained gardens and lawns provide a lovely, private, idyllic setting that is serene, spectacular, and breathtaking! Enjoy the stunning sunsets, and view the moon, stars, and even the Milky Way in the tropical night sky.
